Executive Search (Head Hunt)

The interview of candidates introduced to the client by Supreme Executive constitutes your acceptance of these terms & conditions of business. All information supplied by candidates is verified wherever possible, however no responsibility can be accepted by Supreme Executive for errors or omissions in the information provided by the candidates. Supreme Executive will at all times endeavour to select candidates suitable to your needs, however we cannot accept personal liability compensation howsoever arising from which you may suffer or become liable, arising from the employment of any candidate introduced by Supreme Executive. Medical assessments are the responsibility of the client. Candidates who are introduced by Supreme Executive & subsequently appointed by the client or a allied company, or alternately referred to a third party, within six (6) months of the date of introduction are subject to our standard placement fee, as outlined under fee structure. Any resume supplied to employers by Supreme Executive must be treated in strictest confidence and in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988.
FEE STRUCTURE
All fees paid to Supreme Executive are tax deductible by you, the client. Executive Search fee structure is calculated at twenty five (25) percent of the first year's total remuneration package. Where a company vehicle is provided it is included in the package at a nominal value of $14,000. The remuneration package includes base salary, superannuation guaranteed commission or bonuses, share options value, car allowance and other employee benefits.
GST or other taxes and charges introduced by the government are additional to our stated fees.
CONDITIONS OF PAYMENT
Retainer
An invoice for thirty five (35) percent of the expected fee, payable on annual remuneration package is issued upon acceptance of the assignment & payable within fourteen (14) days of issue, note: retainer fees are non-refundable
Balance of Fee
An invoice for the remaining fee, based on the actual starting package, is issued upon candidate acceptance & is payable within fourteen (14) days of issue.
CANCELLATION FEE
In the event that an assignment has been commenced by Supreme Executive, and is cancelled or withdrawn by the client for any reason whatsoever, a cancellation fee of an additional thirty five (35) percent over and above the retainer will be issued and is due and payable within (14) days of the date of issue.
ADVERTISING
All advertising approved by you, is a cost additional to the consulting fee & is charged direct to you by the advertising agency. This cost is non-refundable. All advertising is tax deductible by you, the client.
PLACEMENT GUARANTEE:
Supreme Executive will undertake to replace the candidate for any reason other than redundancy / retrenchment or death should the candidate leave within six (6) months from commencement, on a condition that all invoices relating to the original assignment have been paid within the standard terms outlined in this document.

CONTRACTORS
Contracting fees are based on the contractors hourly pay rate plus our fees which includes; admin, payroll tax, all Insurances including workers compensation.
Less than $50.00 per hour, fee is 34%. Hourly rate over $50.00 per hour fee is 28%. (GST is additional to our fees)
Contractors who are introduced by Supreme Executive and who are subsequently employed by the client or by any subsidiary are subject to our standard placement fee.
ADVERTISING
