Supreme Executive have successfully recruited all levels of Management, IT technical and Engineering professionals utising all standard recruitment processes in unison. These are Executive Search (Head-hunt), Database Search, Internet/printed advertising recruitment and Industry Networking. 

To be successful a Supreme Executive consultant requires a higher level of skills then those who offer one of the above or a combination of 2 recruitment processes. Our consultants must have a minimun of 6 years management experience in B2B, be customer focussed and have excellent listening skills. The consultant is responsible for client relationships, they are trained in client management, in general recruitment methodologies, in search techniques (how to poach), how to research candidates and industries, how to build industry networks, how to do targeted interviews, what to ask for in reference checks and the importance of managing candidate and client communication during the assignment. 

Supreme Executive give the consultant ownership to ensure the highest level of service possible to both the client and candidate.

When a Supreme Executive consultant takes on an assignment they should have a good understanding of the clients environment, management style, skills requirement and what type of person will best fit the culture. Because selecting the right candidate for the role is important and it is what we are paid to do. 

A Supreme Executive consultant is responsible for handling all aspects of the assignment.

It would be much cheaper for us to do what many firms do and that is to have an account manager manage the client relationship, he or she would allocate the work to whoever is available at the time regardless of their experience, industry knowledge or knowledge of your business, your environment or specific needs.
