November 1996, Supreme Executive was founded by David Crofts (right), specialising in recruitment of IT&T Sales & Marketing professionals.
February 1997, Developed and implemented the Targeted Recruitment methodology.
April 1997, Due to requests from clients, commenced IT Technical recruitment.
July 1997, Computerised candidate search / matching, accounting and payroll system.
October 1997, Implemented candidate sourcing database.
January 1998, Established Executive Search (Headhunter) to address Executive Management positions.
August 1998, Established finance division focussing on qualified accounting professionals.
September 1998, Utilising technology and our Targeted Search Process, we made our first overseas executive placement from Australia into Japan.
September 1998, Introduced Video Conference interview process for Interstate and International assignments. This has proven to be successful in the culling process and placing quality candidates throughout Australia, Japan, Singapore, NZ, HK and the UK.
October 1999, Established IT contracting division.
February 2000, Won our first IT Outsourcing agreement value of $650,000 in first year and $1.2 Mil in 2nd year "at Lucent" .
July 2000, IT contracting division T/O $1.1 mil in the first 9 months.
June 2001, Expanded Executive Search (Headhunt) now covers 16 Industry sectors.
June 2001, Through recommendation by our client, we established our Legal division, specifically to recruit Patent & Trade Mark Attorneys.
September 2001, Accredited Q-1589 Queensland Government supplier for recruitment.
March 2002, Executive Search has grown to represent 35% of total revenues. Our methodology and processes have allowed us to successfully place quality candidates throughout Australia, NZ, UK, Singapore, HK and Japan from one Sydney office. The advantage of our methodology ensures that the consultant who knows the clients business and their management does the recruitment from A-Z delivering great results.
June 2002, The methodology used in Executive Search has proven extremely successful. We are now incorporating it into the general recruitment areas of the business.
November 2003, Established the Patent Attorney Job Board, for Patent Firms to register their vacancies and for Patent & Trade Mark Attorneys to register as Jobseekers. In January 2005 we estimate 8% of all Patent Attorneys in Australia have registered on the Job Board, making the Job Board the prime source to find Patent Attorneys.
September 2004, Extended the Patent Attorney Job Board to include Law Firms to register their vacancies and Solicitor / Lawyer to register as jobseekers.
May 2005, The Patent Attorney Job Board comes of age. In the first 5 months of 2005, Supreme Executive have successfully placed via the Job Board, Patent Attorneys throughout Australia, Singapore, New Zealand and the UK. We now have Patent Attorneys registered with us from Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, UK, Singapore, Hong Kong, Italy, India, Germany, Canada and the US.
January 2006, Launched the Patent Attorney Job Board into the UK & Europe.
January 2007, The Patent Attorney Job Board goes Global with its services now being offered into the USA.
April 2007, The Patent Attorney Job Board doubled in size in the past 12 months with over 50 Patent firms from 9 countries using our services and more then 160 Patent & Trade Mark Attorneys from over 15 countries registered and seeking new opportunities.
July 2007, Due to strong growth, Mr. Adam Crofts has been appointed to the position of Divisional Manager, responsible for the management and day to day running of the Patent Attorney Job Board. Adam comes with over 9 years recruitment experience. This experience was gained whilst employed at Supreme Executive, Pfizer Australia and CRS.
January 2008, Supreme Executive have made the Patent Attorney Job Board a stand alone business unit and the Job Board now has it's own website. www.patentattorneyjobboard.com
June 2008, Supreme Executive has achieved a 20% growth over 2007.
